Hello! My name is Laura!

  I grew up in Bloomsburg, PA and moved near the Hazleton/Drums area a few years ago. I am a part time portrait photographer who loves the beach and has a slight obsession with the Harry Potter world. I have always been interested in photography since I was in high school. I thought about photography being my major in college (even interior design) but instead, went with the medical field as it was the “safe” option. Then after college, in 2014 when life started to settle down, I started creating different makeup looks on myself and would take tons of selfies. I decided to get my first DSLR camera to be able to take better photos of the makeup. Once I finally got my camera, I knew I wanted to be behind the scenes and invest into the photography world!

       Unfortunately, in Nov 2015 I was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer at the age of 28 years old. After beating cancer, I knew I just needed to get out and do what I’ve always wanted to do. No holding back!! I learned you should always take that step forward to your goals & passions. Keep trying even if you feel like it might not be working out. I found I love the art and story telling of photography. I would love to create beautiful photos for your family to enjoy years from now. My editing style is bright, warm & colorful!
